Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return request.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include all relevant documents (invoice, return form).
  4. Ship the return using a tracked and insured delivery method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
